These terms and conditions describe Hot Ink Pty Ltd and the customerâ€â„?s rights and responsibilities. By using this site, you signify that you agree with these Terms and Conditions.
Hot Ink Pty Ltd reserves the right to add, delete or modify any Terms and Conditions at any time.

Refunds and returns
Products will only be able to be returned if the item is deemed faulty, either a fault with the garment or printing. Returns will only be accepted within 14 days from purchase. Shipping the faulty garment back to Hot Ink Pty Ltd will be at the cost to the consumer. Your order will then be re-printed and sent back to you.
For all refunds, please contact Hot Ink Pty Ltd via email at support@hotinkclothing.com.au. Please include your personal details, order number and a through explanation of the reason for the return.
Returns will not be given for wrong size or colour choice so please choose carefully.
Changes and cancellation of orders
Once an order has been placed, cancellations cannot be given. As soon as we receive an order, the production process is commenced and itâ€â„?s for this reason that we will not accept cancellations.
If you would like to make a change to your order after you have placed it, Hot Ink Pty Ltd may be able to fulfil your request depending on your order's status in production. Please email us at support@hotinkclothing.com.au and we will advise your orderâ€â„?s status.
Abuse, Intellectual Property and Censorship
Hot Ink Pty Ltd strictly prohibits its users to upload images or create designs which are the intellectual property of other parties or copyrighted by other parties. We also strictly prohibit the use of our service to create designs which are abusive or offensive to any party, group or individual. Hot Ink refuses to print any designs which we believe are an infringement of this policy and you as the user will be solely held liable for any damages caused by illegal use of any copyrighted material or the creation of abusive or offensive material.
Hot Ink Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate any userâ€â„?s account at its sole discretion that may have been deemed to infringe on copyright laws or who we believe has misused our services in an abusive or unlawful manner.
By using our services and submitting your order you agree to indemnify Hot Ink Pty Ltd for any claims and damages incurred in connection with any third-parties rights violation arising out of your transaction.
Hot Ink Pty Ltd reserves the right to pass on any of your personal information to law enforcement agencies.
Hot Ink Shops
Hot Ink Shops is a service provided by us that lets our users sell their designs through our system, and mark up the price for a profit. To use this service, you the user must be an Australian resident with a registered and active ABN (Australian Business Number). Without an ABN you will not be entitled to any profit generated by the sales of your designs. Any profit you generate prior to providing us with your ABN will go directly to Hot Ink Pty Ltd, and you will not have any claim or entitlement to.
Profit processing will be carried out on the 25th of every calendar month. To be eligible for payment you must have accumulated at least $50 AUD worth of profit. Payments will be mailed out to you in the form of a Cheque. If you have not generated $50 AUD in profits you will not be issued a cheque and your profits will roll over to the next month. Your profits will never forfeit and will remain with Hot Ink Pty Ltd until they reach the amount of $50 AUD, for then at the time of processing you will be eligible to receive payment.
In certain circumstances or special requests, Hot Ink Pty Ltd may release payment prior to the accumulation of the required amount. This is solely at the discretion of Hot Ink Pty Ltd only.
