Shipping Information
We ship all our items through Australia Post using the Express Post service. This provides overnight delivery to most major cities around Australia, and a 2 day turnaround for the rest. We do not currently ship overseas, or provide a pickup service.
How much is shipping?
Our shipping and handling rate is a flat fee of $10 AUD regardless of quantity or location.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Your order can be tracked in your account, you can easily check what stage of the production process your items are rate. You can also check in real time when your items are shipped. We aim to get your order delivered to within 4 to 7 business days of payment.
We will of course always try our best to get your order out to you in the fasted time possible. In some cases however, this maybe take a little longer. We will inform you by email if we are expecting any delays.
Urgent Orders
If you have a special occasion and need your order super quick, we may be able to help. Depending on our resources we may be to able produce your items quicker or dispatch same day courier service at your expense. Please note although we will always try and help, we cannot always meet these demands. Please call and speak to us for arrangements.
