1. How secure is your website?
Hot Ink uses class leading 128 bit SSL security encryption for all payments that are processed on our website. Payments are processed in real time and we never hold your credit card details in our systems.
2. How long does it take to receive my order?
Our goal is to have your shirt printed and shipped to you with in 4-7 business days. This is usually faster, however delays could arise which are completely out of our control which could result in your order taking longer to arrive.
3. How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping to anywhere with in Australia is a flat rate of $10 per order.
4. What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard for all online payments.
5. What if I don??€�t have a credit card?
No problem, we can arrange alternative payments either by cheque or bank deposit. Please note payment must be made prior to ordering, call or email us now to arrange payment.
6. How much do your t-shirts cost?
T-shirt prices vary on our website. Please click on the Browse Products tab to view our catalogue and pricing. Unlike other sites who charge you for being creative, our shirt prices are always the same regardless of how many images and text you put in your design. Its also FREE to create designs and share them with your friends, you dont have to buy them if you dont want to.
7. What shirts do you use?
All our shirts are 100% high quality cotton with a fashionable fit and cut. Our shirts look sexy, retain their shape and are extremely tough in all conditions. Our clothing is sourced from suppliers who??€�s production facilities have been rated among the highest in the industry for quality, employee safety, environmentally friendly, fair pay and conditions. Our garments are manufactured in certified facilities ensuring a sweat-shop free product and ethical work conditions.
8. What I can expect in terms of print quality?
We use the latest in direct to garment digital printing to produce super soft high quality prints that will blow you away. By following our washing and care instructions, your shirts will have great washability results.
9. Can I use my own shirt?
This is simple, No. To maintain standards we only print on our own clothing items.
10. Do you have a shop/show room?
At the moment Hot Ink an online operated business. However we have future prospects to set up a showroom.
11. Can I upload my own graphics?
Absolutely. Our Online Designer allows you to upload your own images. There are some restrictions and conditions however so please read the Help guide.

13. Do you offer any discounts?
Yes we do. If you qualify for a discount then our website will automatically calculate your discount accordingly.
14. Do you offer any discounts for charities?
Yes we offer a 10 % discount for all charity orders. Please contact us prior to your order to receive your discount code.
15. What is your refund policy?
Refunds will only be admitted if your t-shirt includes defects or if it is of poor quality. If you change your mind or you don??€�t like your design, refunds will not be admitted. Please refer to our terms and conditions.
16. What about copyright?
Your responsible for making sure your designs don??€�t breach any copyright acts. Obvious or blatant rip offs of trademarked designs will not be printed. However it??€�s impossible for us to police this extensively and you alone will be held responsible for any breach of copyright laws. Please refer to our terms and conditions.
17. What about Censorship?
What you decide to print on your t-shirt is completely your choice. However we will not print anything we believe to be abusive, extremley offensive or discriminatory. We also will not print anything that incites violence. Please refer to our terms and conditions.
18. What is a Hot Ink Shop?
Hot Ink allows you to open up your own online clothing store. It??€�s simple you create designs and sell them online. Hot Ink will take care of all aspects of the order such as shipping ,printing and payments while you sit back and collect your profit.
19. How do I open my own shop?
Opening your own shop is easy. Simply create an account through our website, then access your My Hot Ink Shop area and start selling instantly.
